About Us

Hey friends! Welcome to EM&V boutique!

I'm Kat, a stay-at-home-mom turned entrepreneur. I’m a shopaholic, coffee drinking, 90's rap blasting, fun-loving regular ol' girl. I opened EM&V boutique a little over 3 year ago in hopes of helping me get out of a major SAHM rut. I also hoped to share some fashion styles I loved, as well as meet a few new friends in the process. Flash forward to now; I still have MOM BRAIN but I have gained so many new friendships, boosted my self confidence and pushed myself to reach goals I didn't even know I could achieve! Introducing “LIGHT A SPARK” PERMANENT JEWELRY with EM&V Boutique!

HOW IT WORKS:

1 - We meet either at a our "Local Spot" in Phoenix, NY, a POP UP or your private event.

2 - You pick from several chains and charms to match your vibe.

3 - You tell us if you want a bracelet, a necklace, or an anklet (many people get more than one option!

4 - We measure your wrist / neck / finger or ankle size to make sure you get a proper fit.

5 - We carefully and safely weld both ends of the chain together (with a charm, a pendant or connector if you select one).

6 - That's it! You are ready to share your SPARK!

We thought we would answer a few FAQ’s here to get everyone familiar with this fun trend!

 

✨What is permanent jewelry?

High quality 14K Gold Filled or 925 Sterling Silver chains are custom fit to your wrist and welded together with a quick and painless electric “spark” at the joint of the jump ring. With no clasps, the jewelry is left on for weeks, months, years...

 

✨How long does it take to get a piece of permanent jewelry?

You will have a new piece of permanent jewelry in less than 20 minutes start to finish!

✨What chain styles do you offer?

Our Chain inventory changes often. Follow us on our socials for a selection on styles. 

 

✨What if I have to remove my jewelry?

If you need to remove, simply clip your jewelry at the weld or jump ring with a pair of scissors. Keep your chain and we can re-weld your jewelry back on for a small fee!

 

✨What if my jewelry breaks?

Like all pieces of jewelry, things can happen and your jewelry may break. If, for whatever reason, your jewelry breaks at the weld, we will re-weld your jewelry back on for no additional charge. If you break your jewelry on the chain from tugging or catching, a small fee will be charged to re-weld the jewelry. 

 

 

 

 

Shipping Info

ALL orders in the CONTINENTAL USA over $50.00 get FREE STANDARD SHIPPING.

Orders with Standard Shipping typically take between 1-2 business days to be processed and shipped. Expedited orders placed before 2:00 p.m. ET (11:00 a.m. PT) will be shipped the same day. Weekends and holidays are not business days, and are therefore excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when waiting for your package. 

From time to time, we have epic sales. So it could take another 1-2 business days in addition to our regular shipping schedule. But we will do our very best to get your orders to you as fast as humanly possible!

If for some reason you order takes longer than normal such as (waiting for a restock) You will be informed of that after placing your order. 

Weekends
Please remember that delivery time does not include weekends or holidays.

Standard Shipping
Standard Shipping orders are processed once credit card authorization and address verification have been obtained. Orders shipped via standard delivery typically arrive in three (3) to ten (10) business days (Monday through Friday, not including holidays) for the Continental United States. All orders are shipped within 1-2 business days, unless other wise stated. Cost is $6 if the order is under $50. It is free for orders over $50.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Lost or Stolen Packages 
Should your order become lost, stolen or damaged during transit, you will need to contact the mail carrier regarding information on your package. Please check your email or log into your EM&V Boutique account and view your orders to get your tracking number.
 
Who Files The Claim?
You are responsible for filing your own claim or find missing mail form. We are not responsible for tracking down your package. We do not the resources to locate it for you. We can only provide you with the same info you can see from the tracking info online.  Your mail carrier will have access to more information. Below we have provided you with the customer service phone numbers and website link to help with your search.

Was My Package Insured?
If your order came with standard/free shipping, your order may not have been insured. Insurance automatically applied to your order, if upgraded shipping was chosen at checkout. Please contact USPS to verify whether your packaged included insurance. 
 
Who Is Responsible For Issuing A Refund?
The postal provider will be solely responsible once the items have been shipped. If you upgraded your shipping to include insurance, the mail carrier you chose will be responsible in issuing you a refund. If you selected standard standard (no insurance), you would be responsible for all losses. No refunds nor replacements would be sent by either EM&V Boutique nor the mail carrier. Neither parties would be reliable. 
 
Our Policy
Once your package leaves our shipping department, EM&V Boutique is not held responsible for errors made within the shipping service, provided by USPS or any other postal service. We do NOT refund nor send replacements for items that are marked "delivered", become lost or stolen in the mail, or damaged during transit.  EM&V Boutique will not refund nor replace any items that are shipped to an incorrect address at the fault of the buyer. Same goes for any order placed with standard shipping, that become lost or stolen. YOU MUST CONTACT THE MAIL CARRIER FOR REFUNDS. USPS or UPS have been paid to service you with the fulfillment of your order. If their shipping service should falter in anyway, they are solely responsible in making things right. 

Returns + Exchanges

 

Regular Returns:  We are here to serve you and make sure you love your purchases! If something does not work, we are more than happy to help. (And quickly!)
  • We can not hold or exchange items due to unique and limited inventory. If an exchange is needed, please place a new order for the item and return the original item. 
  • We gladly accept returns within 5 days of purchase for store credit in the form of an e-gift card. 
  • Items must be returned with original tags, unworn and unwashed. They must be free of odors, make up and pet hair to receive the refund. A partial credit will be issued if the returned items do not meet these qualifications. 
  • All return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. NOTE: If you are local you can drop off to my location and save yourself the shipping cost. (Please let me know ahead of time.) 
  • When mailing your return, please make sure your items are securely packaged. We are not responsible for damaged or lost items. Please include your original email receipt for your order to be processed in a timely manner.

Returns | Sale & Warehouse Sale Item(s): 
Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, unfortunately any sale item(s) are FINAL SALE and cannot be refunded. Any item purchased on sale /preorder or as part of a promotion is final sale.

 

Price Exchanges: 
Price exchanges are not accepted at this time. If you return item(s) and then try to repurchase the item(s) because they are now discounted, your order will not be fulfilled and will be canceled.

Cancellations:
In order to guarantee availability of your item(s) and timely shipping, we process orders right away as they come in. You may try to contact us for a cancellation, but there is no guarantee. In which case you will have to wait until you have received the order and then make a return.
